Acisclo Alvarez Martín e Hijos S.L. will make every effort to deliver on time and in the manner specified during the purchase process. The delivery time will be determined by the user according to the zones established by the transportation company.
Each time an order is delivered, the buyer will receive an email after the corresponding payment.
The purchase order will be available in www.acisal.es once payment has been done and the confirmatory email has been sent.
Each delivery shall be considered made on the basis of the provision of the product by the carrier and the customer in the place indicated by the customer for the delivery of the order at the time of his recruitment, materialized by the control system used by the carrier.
Reservations and claims should be addressed to Acisclo Alvarez Martín e Hijos S.L. by e-mail to info@acisal.es. In the event that your package arrives damaged, wet, re-sealed with a seal without the logo Acisclo Alvarez Martín e Hijos S.L. or think that its content can be damaged, it is important that you mention the incidence on the delivery note at the time of delivery, and write to the email address info@acisal.es indicating the incidence or by calling to the phone number (34) 982-510-920 within a maximum of 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
The delivery area covered by Acisclo Alvarez Martín e Hijos S.L. is Spain (peninsula and Balearics), France, Germany, Belgium, Portugal, Netherland and Luxemburg.
Returns
Offer the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers. If when you receive your order you are not satisfied, you have a term of seven working days counting from the date of receipt to execute the right of return.
If the reason for return is attributable Acisclo Alvarez Martín e Hijos S.L. shipping expenses will be charged to Acisclo Alvarez Martín e Hijos S.L. If the reason for this is any other, Acisclo Alvarez Martín e Hijos S.L. shall pay the cost of the products except for return shipping costs, which shall be paid by the customer. The amount paid by the customer in concept of shipping costs shall not be subject to refund.
Acisclo Alvarez Martín e Hijos S.L. only will accept returns that meet the following requirements:
1. The product must be in the same state in which they were delivered and must maintain, to the extent possible, their original packaging and labeling.
2. The shipment must be made using the same box or envelope sent you, or in some similar format that guarantees that they will be returned in perfect condition.
3. Must include a copy of the delivery note within the package, where in addition all products being returned should clearly marked and the reason for the return.
