Where do I start?
1. Select your desired product.
2. Select the quantity you need and proceed to the selection of a transport company.
3. Once done, you will be transferred to the bank to confirm the payment
Is there a minimum purchase?
No, you can buy one or several products. Remember that in purchases starting from 125 € (INCLUDING VAT) shipping charges are free. This is only applicable to orders received from peninsular Spain (excluding the Balearic and Canary islands, Ceuta and Melilla)
How do I pay for the purchase? Is buying at www.acisal.es safe?
Online shopping at www.acisal.es is totally safe. There are two payment options : charge by VISA or MasterCard credit cards

Shipping
From where can I order my purchases?
From Spain (peninsula and Balearics), Germany, France, Portugal, Belgium, Denmark, Holland, and Luxembourg. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any further queries.
How do you ship my order?
We use reliable transport companies. Shortly we will incorporate new companies.
What are the shipping charges?
For purchases exceeding 125 € shipment costs are completely free of charge. This is only applicable for orders received from peninsular Spain and Balearics excludes the Canary islands, Ceuta and Melilla. If you are in EU the shipping charges depend on the carrier we select and the country from where you buy. (more details in the International shipping section)
How do I receive my order?
We will notify the selected carrier if you request it. Anyway your purchase will be delivered to the address indicated.
At what time will my order be delivered?
Depending on the selected carrier, your orders will be delivered within a period of 48 to 72 hours. Orders received on festive days (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) will be received on the next working day. Orders received after 1:00 pm on business days will also be sent on the next working day.
How can I follow the status of my purchase?
Through the web page of the selected transportation company. We will notify the selected carrier by email if customer requests it.
Returns
Can I return products?
We have a return policy of seven working days from the time you receive the package, as prescribed by the law. If you want to return a product, call us at (34) 982 510 920, write us an email to info@acisal.es
What are the return conditions?
The product must be returned in the same state in which it was delivered, and must maintain, to an extent, its original packaging and labeling. The shipment must be made using the same box or envelope that we have sent to you or, in its defect in some similar format that guarantees that it will be returned in perfect condition. A copy of the delivery note must be included within the package, where in addition all products being returned and the reason for the return should be clearly marked.
Who pays for the shipping costs on returns?
If the reason for the return is attributable to Acisclo Alvarez Martín e Hijos SL (the product is defective, it is not what you've requested, etc.), we will pay for the shipping costs. If the reason for this is another (the products have been delivered without a problem but they are not to your liking), Acisclo Alvarez Martín e Hijos SL shall pay the cost of the products except the return shipping costs that shall be borne by the customer.

How do I register?
At the top of the website you will find the words "Sign up". Click, and fill in the different fields marked.
How do I access my account?
At the top of the webpage, click on "Login". Enter the email address you used during registration and enter your password.
What can I do in my account?
In the section "Your account" you can change your personal data, manage your addresses, and check your last purchases.
How do I unsubscribe from Offers and News?
If you do not want to receive anymore news and custom offers you can unsubscribe by clicking on 'To unsubscribe click here" found at the bottom of all our emails
